Because I don’t see anyone talking about Usher. 

Taylor Swift’s star power has affected everything from viewership to sales. 

📺 The official figures released by Nielsen make Super Bowl LVIII the most-watched event of all time at 115.1 viewers. 

🍀 I recently learned Taylor Swift’s lucky number is 13. The Super Bowl happened to be the 13th game she attended. 

👕 Kelce’s jersey sales spiked nearly 400% making it one of the top five selling jersey’s in the NFL. 

🎟️ StubHub previously noted an almost three-times jump in ticket sales for Chief home games.

🤑 According to Apex Marketing Group, Taylor Swift has generated more than $330 million for the NFL and Chiefs.

🪢 Small businesses like Wove, which made the tennis friendship bracelet Taylor Swift wore after the AFC Championship Game, saw more than 470% jump in sales.

👩 According to a survey by LendingTree, 20% of millennials and 24% of Gen Z’ers said Taylor Swift is making them care about football.

👀 This year’s AFC Championship Game was the most-watched ever at 55 million viewers.

📱 Travis Kelce’s Instagram following jumped by more than three million in 2023 after his relationship with Taylor Swift.

We don’t know what the “End Game” will be for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. (𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 😉) 

One thing I do know is worst case, the NFL will be immortalized in one of her songs if things don’t work out. 

P.S. 💩 Did you know there’s a surge at wastewater treatment plants during the half time show of the Super Bowl? Yep, millions of people all go to the bathroom at the same time!

A lot of people will be traveling over the long weekend, so it’s important you optimize your messages for mobile readability and engagement.

Here are a few ways to do that:
- Use low-resolution images so that your images load even with limited internet connectivity.
- Use live text rather than text embedded in graphics. Live text is readable by voice assistant, making your emails accessible to both drivers and folks with disabilities.
- Use alt text in case images don’t load.
- Embed a link to your mobile shopping app in your text messages so your readers are not redirected to slower-loading websites.
